Sample Shared Parenting Plans Files: 2

This section of Summit Dads shows various examples of a shared parenting plan for free download, and has become one of the hottest subdivisions ever.  Each sample uses different language to give a variety of choices for solving parentage issues between unmarried and divorcing couples in the State of Ohio.  They are very easy to use and are completely editable for flexibility purposes.

For out-of-state parents: You may also use these materials as excellent starting points in domestic court cases, but be sure to substitute or eliminate specific references to Ohio law before submitting any forms here.  Each jurisdiction has the right to develop its own rules and procedures, which absolutely include the acceptable format and content of parenting plans or similarly related filings.

Every free document within this category is a Microsoft Word template file. (DOTX)  They are special in that each one has editable fields to finish your legal paperwork faster.  Simply click in a field and type!  Hitting the Tab key will move you from one field to another with ease.  If you install them into your Word template folder, save a copy of the pre-formatted work to your desktop for editing, you can use these several times throughout your case.  Many different types of papers are in this section, so take your time and find what you need.  Should a particular example or type of form not be here, and you absolutely require one, use the Free Assistance link in the main menu to make a request for it; in fact, anything you find in other parts of this download area will surely make it into template form here, or at least they will as soon as reasonably possible.
