This free download is a legal motion template, exclusively created by Summit Dads, for Microsoft Word users. Specifically, it is carefully designed to create motions for Domestic Relations cases in the State of Ohio, and includes a Certificate of Service area. Although most local motion standards are similarly practiced in Ohio, those outside of Summit County should first check community rules to be sure, as the accepted format there may differ slightly than this form.

More than any other template on this site, to date, this well planned instrument can easily create shorter or lengthy arguments for court in less time than most. No longer is format a problem, since every field is set and locked into place, along with different settings throughout the page to cut your work in half. In fact, the template has been locked to prevent accidental erasure of its essential contents; however, all key fields are editable to create one of the thousands of motions out there. The template has too many small features exist to list here, but it is fair to say that this form is a must for anyone wanting to create a motion for a Domestic Relations Court, without hassle.
