Specifically, it is carefully designed to create motions for Domestic Relations cases in the State of Ohio, and includes a Certificate of Service area. Although most local motion standards are similarly practiced in Ohio, those outside of Summit County should first check community rules to be sure, as the accepted format there may differ slightly than this form.
