Sample Motions and Court Documents

This document is a slightly modified version of the first header template offered, and can be saved as a starting template for many of the forms you might need in your case.  The dark fields can be easily edited and either printed or saved to your system.  If you are not sure how to do this, simply search "saving templates Microsoft Word" in a search engine.  It has the information necessary for Summit County rules.  Although it has most of the major features sought after throughout the State of Ohio, be sure to double check with the county laws in your area.  Some of them are very specific about the paperwork allowable, and could reject this format.  Occasionally, updates to the motion headers here may take place to make them even more professional looking and easier to use.
