This sample Motion to Adopt Shared Parenting Plan, a .pdf file, was filed with the Summit County Domestic Relations Court in 2009, and is offered free to show how basic this kind of motion can really be.  Anyone using it should remember that a this motion is generally used when the mother and father are in total agreement of a plan, and will not usually be granted when the parents do not concur.

Sample Motion for Ex Parte Orders in .pdf format.  This Ex Parte Motion was filed in the Summit County Domestic Relations Court, and is now offered to show structure in an actual case.

This particular request incorporates Statement of Facts and Memorandum of Law sections within it, and cites case example as evidence toward its argument for relief.  An important notice is that Judge John P. Quinn denied this 60(B) motion, along with all other forms of reprieve, presumably for remaining in the practice of allowing the other party an opportunity to respond to such claims.  Nonetheless, these pages are excellent study material.

Note: It would also be wise to look in the affidavits section for the Affidavit in Support of Motion, as that motion was filed with this particular request for Ex Parte Orders.  If you wish to file for such orders in Summit County, you will need to file both to the court, as well as offer the presiding judge a set of orders to grant or deny.
