| This shared parenting plan example provides substantial language for equal parenting terms between a mother and father. It is nine pages long and was created using Microsoft Word 2010. Most of its terms, with exception of the parenting time schedule and perhaps a few minor details, are exact copies of a parenting plan adopted by the Summit County Domestic Relations Court of Akron, Ohio in 2009. The plan has editable fields to make customization easy for anyone to use and only serves as a template for ideas. Remember to modify it to suit your particular situation, as no two cases are alike.
